it watches me with peace.

slowly, clouds, sillouhettes float by

deep watercolors of a night-shed tear

rustling leaves alive at night

welcoming the dark

the beauty - the grace

of this star-lit night

moonlight smiles down on me

it watched creation.

writhing in pain

my soul recoils
